I’m off for a week in the sunny tropics. I can’t wait to eat all the fruits Mexico has to offer: mangos, coconuts, and baby bananas here I come.

I leave you with a picture of the only kind fruit that’s any good in NYC right now, citrus! I segmented a Grapefruit, a Tangelo, and an orange and drizzled them with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. It was a good mid-winter snack.
