I’m on tour with Rafael for a week and today we’re in Bordeaux France. All of the venues in France make dinner for the band (and me) and we all sit down with the crew and eat. Tonight it was especially delicious. It started with a terrine of what I thought was duck, but could have been pork maybe:

Whatever it was it was delicious especially the little pickled onion on the top.

Then this delightful little creation came out. A chicken leg atop a tower of Potatoes Anna.

Then for dessert we had vanilla ice cream in a bed of rice pudding with hazelnuts and caramel sauce.

No salad but still pretty great.
